- General Provisions
All goods offered on our website www.wedo-care.com constitute an offer but in the event that they are not available, the goods should not be delivered. When a customer places an order, an offer is made and accepted by us upon shipment of the goods and not upon confirmation of order receipt. Acceptance is made within the delivery terms. If an order is not fulfilled, the customer shall be informed of this. We do not sell goods to minors or people of limited capacity unless the items have been ordered by a legal representative. The prices that were valid when the customer made their offer shall apply. Our Privacy Policy is available at www.wedo-care.com
- How to Order
Orders can be placed online, at www.wedo-care.com, and by phone at the phone numbers listed on the website.
Placing Orders at www.wedo-care.com:
We deliver to Bulgaria and Romania, as well as to other EU member-states.
The customer selects the goods to be ordered on the website. The desired goods are added to the order list by clicking on Add to Basket icon. The quantity of the ordered goods can be changed by selecting the desired quantity in the “drop down menu”. The shopping basket can be found in the top right corner of the display. Clicking on the Shopping Basket icon displays the number of products selected. In the shopping basket the selection can be edited and to complete the order you should click on Go to Checkout icon.
It is possible to place an order as a “guest” without registration. After entering the necessary information as a guest, you have the option to choose the delivery address, type of delivery, and method of payment. After clicking on Continue with Order icon, you can check and change your order information on the next page.
Instructions for the Privacy Policy and cookie settings are displayed. After reading and accepting the Terms and Conditions, as well as the Privacy Policy, the order can be completed by clicking the Payment button.
A legally binding offer shall be submitted upon completion of the order. Receipt of the order is confirmed by e-mail.
The text is not saved and cannot be accessed after the order is completed. Order details can be printed immediately after the order has been placed.

- Terms and Conditions of Delivery
(1) Shipping costs
Delivery within Bulgaria is free of charge for an order value of BGN 29. Below this amount, a fixed delivery fee including postage and packaging costs of 4,89 BGN is payable, unless otherwise agreed with the customer. Delivery within Romania is free for an order value of RON 99. Below this amount, a fixed delivery fee including postage and packaging costs of RON 14.90 is payable, unless otherwise agreed with the customer. Delivery within the European Union is free of charge for an order value of EUR 29. Below this amount, a fixed delivery charge including postage and packaging costs of EUR 4.90 shall apply, unless otherwise agreed with the customer.
(2) Terms of Delivery
Goods offered in the online store are prepared for shipment within 1-2 business days after receipt of the order. If any information or advice is needed, we will contact the customer immediately. The goods are then shipped, including after providing information or advice where applicable.
If the delivery of one or more ordered goods is delayed or becomes impossible, we shall immediately inform the customer, giving them the option to cancel the order. Notwithstanding the carefully planned stock availability, it is possible that a promotional product may be sold out faster than anticipated. Therefore, we cannot guarantee delivery, and promotional offers are only valid while the stocks last.
If a product cannot be delivered due to force majeure or production disruption and these circumstances arise after the order contract has been confirmed, we shall not be liable for non-delivery and shall be released from the obligation to deliver. The customer will be informed of this immediately. Any amount paid by the customer for the affected order shall be refunded immediately.
The delivery time of our partner companies, according to their own information, is 2 business days for Bulgaria; 2-4 business days for Romania, and 4 – 7 business days for the rest of Europe.
Delivery to Bulgaria is carried out by Speedy courier company. Delivery to Romania is made by DPD courier company. Delivery to the other countries of the European Union is carried out by courier companies authorized to operate on the territory of the respective country.
(3) You have a duty to inspect the ordered goods at the time of delivery before you receive them. In the event that you discover any defects during the inspection (for example: damaged packaging), you must refuse to receive the goods. In this case, we will refund you all payments for the defective goods we have received from you, including shipping costs, immediately and at the latest, within thirty days from the day the defects have been discovered. For returns, we will use the same payment method that you used when you made the original transaction, unless we have expressly agreed to something different with you; in any case, we will not charge you for the return. We may refuse a refund until we receive the defective goods back or until you provide us with proof that you have sent back the defective goods, whichever is earlier.
- Terms of Payment
All prices are final prices in BGN and/or EUR, including applicable value added tax. Available payment methods are credit card (via Borica’s platform) and cash on delivery (cash on delivery is only available for Bulgaria and Romania). We reserve the right to exclude payment methods without giving justification. Where payment by credit card is selected as the preferred method of payment, delivery will only be made once the total purchase price has been received; You can pay with the following credit cards: MasterCard and Visa. Your credit card account will only be charged with the amount of the invoice on the day of shipment. Fees charged by banks to recover a transaction due to incorrect account information and not due to an error on our part will be borne by the customer.
We reserve the right to exclude payment methods.

- Cancellation/Return Costs
The right of cancellation shall only be granted to the user in respect of goods ordered from www.wedo-care.com, which have not been pre-manufactured and for the production of which the individual choice or instructions of the customer are decisive or which are clearly tailored to the customer’s personal needs and/or are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection and hygiene, where their sealing is removed after delivery and/or may quickly spoil or their shelf life quickly expire.
To avoid further disputes, the right of cancellation does not apply to food, including food supplements.
- Withdrawal Policy
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract, without giving any reason, within fourteen days. The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, took possession of the goods. In the event that we make multiple deliveries for a single order, the cancellation period shall be fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, took possession of the last delivered goods of the order.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (info@wedo-care.com) by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached cancellation form in Appendix 1 to these Terms and Conditions, although this is not compulsory. In order to meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send the notification of exercising the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund any payments for the cancelled order that we have received from you, including the cost of delivery, immediately and at the latest, within fourteen days of the day on which we receive the notice of your withdrawal from this contract. For returns, we will use the same payment method that you used when you made the original transaction, unless we have expressly agreed to something different with you; in any event, we will not charge you for the return. We may refuse to refund payment until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided us with proof that you have sent us back the returned goods, whichever is earlier.
You must send the goods back to us immediately, but no later than fourteen days from the day on which you informed us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is deemed to have been met when you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period. You bear the direct costs of sending the goods back.
- Defects / Warranty / Liability / Return Policy
In general, we provide a guarantee in accordance with the legal provisions. Nevertheless, the warranty period for each product is stated in the product information at www.wedo-care.com, and this information is available to the user before purchasing the product.
In the event of a breach of obligation for which we are liable, or in the event of discovery of hidden defects in the goods, the customer is obliged to notify us of this and may grant us a reasonable period of time to make subsequent deliveries or repairs if possible. If the subsequent delivery or repair is unsuccessful, the customer is entitled, as they decide, to request a subsequent delivery or a reduction in the purchase price, or to withdraw from the purchase contract and/or request compensation. If the customer also requests compensation, we shall only be liable for the damage to the ordered goods. Further claims for compensation by the customer are excluded.
In all of the above cases, the user shall send us the goods immediately and in any event at the latest within fourteen days of the day on which they notified us as described above. The deadline shall be met when you send the goods to us before the expiry of the fourteen-day period. We pay all direct costs of returning the goods in this case. The user must send the goods using the same delivery method we used when we sent the goods to them.
If we have to pay you compensation, it will be the price of the defective goods at the time of purchase. To make this payment, we will use the same payment method that you used when you made the original transaction, unless we have expressly agreed to something different with you; in any case, we will not charge you for the return. We may refuse payment until we receive the defective goods back or until you provide us with proof that you have sent the defective goods back to us, whichever is earlier.
No warranty claim shall be accepted when the installation and operating instructions specified in the manual have not been followed; there are discrepancies between the data in the warranty card and the goods themselves; there are failures due to repairs by unauthorized persons or service facilities; damage caused by external factors: dust, liquids, exposure to adverse atmospheric conditions and exposure to shock or drop impact; improper operation and maintenance of the device; natural wear and tear of materials.

- Validity Clause

The user shall have the right within 14 days to unconditionally withdraw from the contract at a distance or off the premises, without paying any costs, except for delivery costs in the event that the user has chosen a delivery method other than the standard cheapest one for the seller, as well as the costs of returning the goods back to the seller.
The 14-day period shall commence on the date of:
- signing the contract – in the case of a service contract;
- acceptance of the goods by the user or by a third party other than the carrier
Within 14 days after the user has declared their wish to withdraw from the contract, they must return the goods to the seller. Within 14 days from the date on which the seller has been notified of the user’s decision to withdraw from the contract, the seller shall refund all sums received from the user, including the cost of delivery.
