1. General Provisions

All goods offered on our website, www.wedo-care.com, constitute an offer; however, in the event that they are unavailable, the goods shall not be delivered. A customer’s order constitutes an offer, which is accepted by us upon the dispatch of the goods, rather than upon the confirmation of receipt of the order. Acceptance takes place within the delivery timeframes. If an order cannot be fulfilled, the customer is informed accordingly. We do not sell goods to minors or persons with limited legal capacity unless the goods are ordered by a legal representative. The prices applicable are those that were valid at the time the customer made their offer. Our Privacy Policy is available at the following link.

2. How to Order

Orders can be placed online at www.wedo-care.com, as well as by telephone using the numbers provided on the website.

Orders at www.wedo-care.com:

We deliver to Bulgaria and Romania, as well as to other European Union member states.

The customer selects the goods to be ordered on the website. Desired items are added to the order list by clicking the “Add to Cart” symbol. The quantity of the ordered goods can be modified by selecting the desired amount from the “drop-down menu.” The shopping cart can be found in the upper right corner of the screen. Clicking the “Shopping Cart” symbol displays the number of selected products. In the shopping cart, the selection can be edited; to complete the order, click the “Go to Checkout” symbol.

It is possible to place an order as a “Guest” without registration. After entering the necessary information as a guest, you have the option to select the delivery address, delivery method, and payment method. After clicking the “Continue with Order” symbol, you can review and change your order information on the following page.

The Privacy Policy and Cookie Settings instructions are displayed. After reviewing and accepting the general terms and conditions and the privacy policy, the order can be completed by clicking the “Payment Button >”.

A legally binding offer is submitted upon completion of the order. Receipt of the order is confirmed via email.

The text is not saved and access to it cannot be provided after the order is completed. Order details can be printed immediately after submission.

Telephone Orders:

Orders can also be placed by phone by calling the numbers provided on the website via the “Order by Phone” button.

By clicking the button, you initiate a call with our employee, to whom you can provide information about the goods you wish to order.

In the event of a busy line when a call is initiated by you, we will call you back at the number from which you contacted us.

3. Delivery Terms

  • Shipping Costs

Delivery within Bulgaria is free for orders valued at €14,83/29 BGN or more. Below this amount, a fixed delivery fee, including postage and packaging costs, of €2,50/4.89 BGN is charged, unless otherwise agreed with the customer. Delivery within Romania is free for orders valued at 99 RON or more. Below this amount, a fixed delivery fee of 14.90 RON is charged. Delivery within the European Union is free for orders valued at €50 or more. Below this amount, a fixed delivery fee of €4.90 is charged.

  • Delivery Times

Goods offered in the online store are prepared for dispatch within 1-2 business days after receipt of the order. If information or advice is required, we contact the customer immediately. The goods are then dispatched, including after the provision of info/advice where applicable.

If the delivery of one or more ordered items is delayed or becomes impossible, we inform the customer immediately, offering the option to cancel the order. Despite careful inventory planning, promotional products may sell out faster than anticipated. Therefore, we cannot guarantee delivery, and promotional offers are valid only while supplies last.

If a product cannot be delivered due to force majeure or production interruption occurring after the order contract confirmation, we are not liable for non-delivery and are released from the delivery obligation. All amounts paid for the affected order will be refunded immediately.

Delivery times for our partner companies are: 2 business days for Bulgaria; 2-4 business days for Romania; and 4-7 business days for the rest of Europe.

Deliveries in Bulgaria are handled by Speedy. Deliveries in Romania are handled by DPD. Deliveries to other EU countries are handled by courier companies authorized to operate in the respective territory.

You have an obligation to inspect the ordered goods at the time of delivery before accepting them. If you discover any defects (e.g., damaged packaging), you must refuse receipt. In such cases, we will refund all payments received for the defective goods, including delivery costs, no later than thirty days from the day the defects were discovered. We will use the same payment method used for the initial transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise. We may withhold the refund until we receive the defective goods back or proof of their return shipment.

4. Payment Terms

All prices are final in BGN and/or EUR, including applicable VAT. Available payment methods are Bank Card (via the Borica platform) and Cash on Delivery (available only for Bulgaria and Romania). We reserve the right to exclude payment methods without justification. When credit card payment is selected, delivery will only be made after the total purchase price is received. We accept MasterCard and Visa. Your account is charged only on the day of dispatch. Bank fees for transaction reversals due to incorrect account information not caused by our error are borne by the customer.

5. Payment Security

Our website uses SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) certificate technology for encrypted data transmission. All data passing from your browser to our website is encrypted and protected. For maximum security during card payments, our website is registered in the 3D Secure authentication system of borica.bg. Our website redirects you to www.borica.bg for online payments. We never request cardholder or card data via email or phone.

6. Withdrawal / Return Costs

The right of withdrawal applies only to goods ordered from www.wedo-care.com that are not prefabricated and for which individual choice or instructions by the customer are decisive, or which are clearly tailored to personal needs, and/or are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if their seal is removed after delivery, or which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.

To avoid disputes, the right of withdrawal does not apply to food products, including food supplements.

7. Cancellation Policy

Right of Withdrawal:

You have the right to withdraw from this contract without justification within fourteen days. The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day you or a third party named by you (other than the carrier) takes possession of the goods. To exercise this right, you must inform us ([email protected]) via a clear statement. You may use the attached withdrawal form in Appendix №1.

Consequences of Withdrawal:

If you withdraw, we will refund all payments received, including delivery costs, within fourteen days of receiving your notification. We use the same payment method as the initial transaction. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods or proof of return. You must return the goods within 14 days of your notification. You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

8. Defects / Warranty / Liability / Return Policy

We provide a warranty in accordance with statutory regulations. The warranty period for each item is specified in the product information. In case of a breach of obligations or hidden defects, the customer must notify us and may allow a period for subsequent delivery or repair. If these fail, the customer may request a price reduction or withdraw from the contract. Claims for compensation are limited to the value of the ordered goods.

Warranty claims are not accepted if: installation/operation instructions were ignored; there are discrepancies in warranty data; damage was caused by unauthorized repair, external factors (dust, liquids, impact), or natural wear and tear.

9. Validity Clause

The invalidity of individual provisions does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. The contract remains in force for both parties.

12. Applicable Law

Bulgarian and European legislation applies to the entire contractual relationship. All disputes shall be resolved before the competent Bulgarian courts.

The consumer has the right to unconditionally withdraw from a distance contract or an off-premises contract within a period of 14 days, without incurring any costs, except for delivery costs in the event that the consumer chose a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by the merchant, as well as the costs for returning the goods.

The 14-day period begins from the date of:

  • Conclusion of the contract – in the case of service contracts;
  • Taking possession of the goods by the consumer or by a third party other than the carrier.


Within 14 days after notifying the intent to withdraw from the contract, the consumer shall return the goods to the merchant. Within 14 days from the date on which the merchant was notified of the consumer’s decision to withdraw from the contract, the merchant shall refund all payments received from the consumer, including delivery costs.
