1. Promoter and Official Rules
1.1. The promotional campaign “Get double participation in BRAVO method masterclasses” (hereinafter “the Game”) is organised and conducted by “Unicom Switzerland GmbH” – the Sofia branch, registered in the Commercial Register under UIC 204642513, with its seat and management address: Sofia, Blvd. “Bulgaria” 118, represented by Damian Damianov, hereinafter referred to as the “Organiser”, in cooperation and with the support of “Newtrend Agencies” Ltd, UIC BG202565114, organiser of the “Women in Technology and Leadership” programme, hereinafter referred to as the “Partner”, which provides the prizes provided for in this Game and described in Article 5.
1.2. The Rules have been drawn up in accordance with the requirements of Bulgarian legislation and are publicly available on the date the Game commences on the following website: https://wedo-care.com/, where they will be available throughout the duration of the Game in a way that allows for their storage and reproduction. Information about the Game can also be obtained at the following email address: [email protected].
1.3. The Organiser and the Partner reserve the right to supplement or amend these Official Rules, with the amendments coming into force upon their prior publication on the WEDO website: https://wedo-care.com/. Participants agree to check the current version of the Rules at the time of registration to participate in the Game.
1.4. The Organiser and the Partner have the right to terminate the Game at any time in the event of force majeure or if a material abuse and/or breach of these official rules is discovered. In such cases, participants are not entitled to any compensation.
Article 2. Period, territory and mechanism for the implementation of the Game
2.1. The Game will be held during the following period: 8–14 May 2024, inclusive (hereinafter the “Game Period”).
2.2. The game takes place on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria.
Article 3. Right to participate
3.1. All participants who have complied with the game’s conditions correctly are entitled to take part in the game.
3.2. To register and participate in the Game, the Participant must:

Article 4. Right to a reward
4.1. One participant may win one prize.
Article 5. Description of the prizes
5.1. The prizes are: 2 VIP tickets for the Bravo Method masterclasses, which will be held from 27 May 2024 to 31 May 2024 in Sofia, as well as an autographed book on the Bravo Method by Ivelina Atanasova-Gencheva.
5.2. The prize does not include personal expenses associated with the event.
5.3. The prize won cannot be exchanged for its cash equivalent or for any other equivalent. The winner is not entitled to assign or transfer their right to receive the prize to any third party in any way.
Article 6. Withdrawal of awards.
6.1. On 15 May 2024, one participant will be randomly selected from all participants in the Game who meet the requirements set out in Section 4.
6.2. When conducting the draw in accordance with clause 6.1, one (1) winning participant for the Main Prize under clause 5.1 will be drawn first. Then, one (1) winning participant for the prize will be drawn as a reserve. The reserve entrant will be entitled to the prize in accordance with clause 5.1 if the first winner cannot be contacted.
6.3. The organiser will contact the winning participant on social media. The winner must confirm in writing by 17 May 2024 that they accept and wish to receive the prize. The winner is not entitled to transfer the prize to a third party, but may choose who will accompany them.
6.4. In the event that the Organiser is unable to locate the Winner and/or the Winner does not confirm that they wish to accept a prize in accordance with the Game’s rules and conditions within the specified period and/or refuses to accept a prize and/or fails to provide the necessary information for the receipt of the prize and/or fails to cooperate with the Organiser regarding the use of the prize by 17 May 2024, the respective winning participant will forfeit the right to receive the prize won. In such cases, the prize will be awarded to the reserve participant.
6.5. The Organiser and the Partner shall not bear any additional costs associated with the use of the prize.
6.6. Winners are obliged to report and pay the income tax due on the prize amount, in accordance with the deadlines and requirements of the Personal Income Tax Act (PITA).
Article 7. Responsibility
7.1. The Organiser and the Partner shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the running of the Game, or from the inability to participate in the Game, the inability to receive and/or use a prize, or if the Game is not held as planned.
7.2. The Organiser and the Partner shall not be liable for any delay in providing the Prizes due to technical reasons, regulatory restrictions or any other circumstances. The Organiser and the Partner may terminate the Game or make certain changes to the respective prizes for reasons beyond their control, due to the cancellation or postponement of the event, as well as due to force majeure circumstances.
Article 8. Protection of personal data
8.1. Personal data, such as the names and contact details (email address, telephone number) of the winners and reserve participants, will be processed by the Organiser in cases expressly specified in these Rules. In connection with the awarding of the prize, UniComs Switzerland GmbH – Sofia branch provides the Partner with the following personal data of the Winner: first name and surname, e-mail address, address, telephone number, as well as any other personal data required under applicable Bulgarian legislation and necessary for the Winner to receive the prize. The purpose of their collection, processing and storage by the Partner is to award the prize to the Winner. The Organiser and the Partner will not use the data of the Winner and the reserve winners for any other purpose than that stated in these rules.
8.2. By participating in the Game, each participant declares that they have read and accepted these Rules, undertakes to comply with them and has voluntarily provided the required personal data. By participating in the Game, participants declare that they have reached the age of majority.
8.3. The refusal or withdrawal of consent by a Participant or Winner for the collection, processing and use of personal data for the purposes of the Game will result in their inability to receive a prize or participate in the prize draw.
9. General provisions.
9.1. These rules constitute the complete set of rules governing the conduct of the Game and the participation of participants therein. For all matters not expressly covered herein, the rules of applicable Bulgarian law shall apply.
9.2. All disputes between the Organiser and the participants arising in connection with the Game shall be resolved in good faith through negotiations between them, and if that proves impossible, they shall be submitted to the competent Bulgarian court for resolution.
9.3. These Rules come into force upon their publication and remain in force throughout the entire Game and until the final resolution of all matters related to it.
